The Pinnacle nature reserve has amazing views to the Brindabellas, native species of grasses, flowers, shrubs and trees to explore, and is home to many kangaroos and birds as well as echidnas and other wildlife. Go for a bush walk to the top of the Pinnacle. Take binoculars and go bird watching. Pack some paper and crayons to do some bark rubbings on a tree. Play in the grass tussocks. On foggy misty mornings take photos of spider webs decorated with tiny droplets of water. Make a cubby out of fallen sticks. Join a Friends of the Pinnacle seasonal walk to see native flowers or working bee to clear weeds. This is a special reserve much looked after by the Friends of the Pinnacle, respect the bush and don't collect firewood or pick flowers, instead admire the hard work they are putting into preserving this uplifting place. Dogs are also allowed on a lead.
