A circuit from Woods Reserve up Gibraltar Creek to the base of Gibraltar Falls, designed for adventurous families with kids aged 6 to 12. We will follow an old footpad, then rock-hop up the creek, climbing past small cascades (no track). Option to swim in a natural pool on the way. Then up a very steep informal track to meet the formed track that goes to the falls lookout. We will return via a well-made track on the east side of the creek. 3km total distance, slow going for the first half, 250 vertical metres ascent & descent. A few patches of scrub. Meet mid-morning at Woods Reserve – exact time and place to be advised when you book. Bring lunch and spare clothes in case someone falls in.
